At Bailey & Patch, all cakes and pastries are created by Baker Ben, a brilliant young baker who never let his differences get in the way of his dreams. He started baking at the age of 6 and as Bailey & Patch’s first baker, he will not only spearhead the pastry menu of the café, but also serve as mentor and educator to other fellow young adults.
