Broth & Beyond: You’re Invited: A Seasonal Yunnan Feast

Broth & Beyond — A highlight of the experience is the Cross Bridge Noodles, a traditional Yunnan delicacy served in a clear, nourishing broth. The rice noodles are freshly imported from Yunnan daily and are so delicate, they must be consumed within 12 hours of arrival. This soup base is available on weekdays only.

On the new menu are Handmade Mushroom Balls, crafted from a blend of five different mushrooms and pork leg meat. These preservative-free bites are packed with natural umami and a satisfying texture. The Three-Coloured Ear Fungus Salad offers a refreshing contrast, featuring a trio of crunchy ear fungus varieties.

For dessert, one can cool down with Yunnan Shaved Ice, a vibrant treat that brings sweet, icy relief after a savoury spread. Lastly, the Rose Pastry rounds off the meal beautifully – flaky, aromatic, and delicately floral; it’s a dessert that’s as elegant as it is delicious.
