Chef X Presents D’Legacy: A Taste of Traditional Eurasian

Launched in April 2024, Chef X is part of Far East Organization’s commitment to Inspire Better Lives. It is an initiative that provides home-based chefs and private dining chefs with a sandbox to operate their own full-fledged commercial restaurant within Clarke Quay Central mall for 4 or 8 weeks.

Chef X‘s upcoming residency is D’Legacy, helmed by mother and son duo Chefs Philomena and Daryl Nonis. Armed with their family recipes rich in Eurasian roots and flavours, Daryl started D’Legacy post-COVID with a vision to share the delight of traditional Eurasian fare.
