Clove at Swissôtel The Stamford is launching a limited‑time Korean buffet that runs from 14 September to 31 October 2026, turning the hotel’s dining room into a lively spot for sharing the peninsula’s best‑loved flavours. The atmosphere buzzes with the communal spirit of Korean meals, where sizzling barbecue meets fiery kimchi stew, crispy fried chicken and street‑style tteokbokki invite guests to dig in together around the table.
At the heart of the menu are standout dishes such as Galbi Beef Short Rib, 24‑Hour Pork Shoulder Bossam served with doenjang and perilla leaves, Korean Fried Chicken glazed with gochujang and sesame, warming Kimchi Jjigae stew with soft tofu, and the ever‑popular Tteokbokki rice cakes. For Friday and Saturday evenings and Sunday lunch the premium weekend spread adds Korean Beef with garlic chips, indulgent Lobster Kimchi Stew, Spicy River Prawn Bibimguksu and silky Abalone Porridge, while dessert lovers can finish with Ginseng Coffee Tiramisu, Black Sesame Opera Cake or a swirl of Black Sesame Soft Serve.
Beyond the Korean specialities, Clove’s signature international and seafood buffet remains very much part of the experience, letting diners move from banchan to sushi and sashimi, chilled seafood, the Swiss Corner with raclette, artisanal cheeses and cured meats, and a wider selection of Indian, Malay, Italian and French favourites alongside fresh salads, roasts and an extensive dessert selection.
