Get ready for a unique and flavorful dining experience! Restaurant Espoir, a Muslim-Owned dining destination on Amoy Street known for its innovative marriage of modern European culinary techniques with the rich aromas of Malayan cuisine, has launched Singapore’s first-ever halal tapas buffet. Prepare for a delightful journey of small plates, paella offerings, and desserts, all elevated by the region’s spices and creamy coconut milk, a menu masterfully concocted by Chef Nelson, who brings almost three decades of experience to the table, including a stint at the Singapore outpost of the world-renowned Tapas,24 from Barcelona.
This exciting “bottomless” tapas experience launched on January 17th, 2025, and is available on Fridays at 6.30pm; on Saturdays at 11am, 1.30pm and 6.30pm; and on Sundays at 11am and 1.30pm. It’s priced at 8++ per adult and 5++ per child aged 6 to 12 years old, with children below 6 dining for free. And to celebrate this launch, Espoir is offering an exclusive 1-for-1 deal for the newly introduced Tapas buffet from January 17th to February 28th.
The tapas voyage at Espoir begins with tempting bites like the Patatas Bravas with a unique sambal ijo twist and fresh seafood like Pulpo Bebe. Prepare to savor flavorful meats and end on a sweet note with their Churros and Basque Cheesecake.
