All bakes are freshly baked by KEBUKE’s in-house baker, ensuring top-notch quality and flavour in every bite. Several favourites also infuse the premium tea leaves used in their drinks – such as the Rice Oolong Basque Cheesecake, a stunning burnt cheesecake that pairs the floral, slightly earthy notes of oolong tea with the comforting, nutty flavour of roasted rice in this confection.
