Now at a new and more prominent location on South Bridge Road, Meh’r reopens with a bold menu led by MasterChef Singapore 2023 winner Chef Inderpal Singh. Drawing inspiration from his roots, travels, and vegetarian lifestyle, Chef Inderpal presents soulful, contemporary interpretations of Southeast Asian cuisine.
Jackfruit “Bone Marrow” Bak Kut Teh – A vegetarian homage to the iconic broth, reimagined with jackfruit and king oyster mushroom.
Ikan Assam Mosaic – Line-caught fish roulade with assam pedas velouté, sambal ijo-kangkung purée, crispy okra, and caviar.
Duck Tahu Bergedel – A refined take on the hawker favourite with 14-day dry-aged duck and red curry hollandaise.
Papaya Milk Magnum – Playful frozen dessert inspired by tropical nostalgia.
Koh Phi Sang – Burnt butter banana semifreddo with bru coffee caramel and roasted walnut crunch.
