New Brunch Menu: Angelina - Marina Bay Sands - Bayfront

Angelina, a French patisserie and tea house, has launched a new menu of novel creations straight from Paris. The menu features exquisite savouries and sweets that offer the true taste of French authenticity.

The new menu includes hot mains and savoury items, as well as world-famous L’Africain Hot Chocolate. One of the hot mains on the menu is the Angelina Club Sandwich, which is worth waking up for. It layers toast with chicken in mayonnaise and eggs, tied together with bacon, sundried tomato paste, and a choice of French fries or baby Romaine lettuce salad for sides. Another savoury item on the menu is the Pain Perdu Style Brioche, which is a French toast-style brioche served with caramelized apples and vanilla whipped cream.

For those with a sweet tooth, the new menu offers a range of options, including the Passion-Ananas, which showcases soft lime biscuit and crispy coconut held together by pineapple-passionfruit compote and layered with a triple treat coconut-pineapple-lime mousse. The world-famous L’Africain Hot Chocolate is also a must-try, made with three different kinds of African cocoa from Niger, Ghana, and Côte d’Ivoire.
