New High Tea Set: Goodwood Park Hotel - Orchard

Presented collaboratively between National Museum of Singapore (NMS) and Goodwood Park Hotel (GWPH), in conjunction with NMS’s special exhibition – Now Boarding: Experiencing Singapore through Travel, 1800s – 2000s.

The NMS X GWPH: Now Boarding Tea Set will be available at the Hotel’s Coffee Lounge from 9 July to 19 November 2023.

Savour this exclusive tea set showcasing thoughtfully-conceptualised creations inspired by hawker and restaurant fare from the 1950s to 2000s, as well as classic dishes from Gordon Grill’s past menus dating back to the 1960s. Some of these moreish bites include Mulligatawny Soup, Prawn Cocktail, Kueh Pie Tee topped with Mini Whole Abalone, Pandan Coconut Cream Puff and Sherry Trifle among others.
