The gastronomic indulgence at highly beloved hotpot restaurant chain Haidilao Hot Pot is about to get even more exhilarating as it unveils a series of new mainstays, from soup base to dishes, desserts to beverages.
With the Mala Milk Broth, the restaurant is putting a new spin on its wildly popular signature mala soup base. The soup base is melded with milk for a mildly spicy flavour and a creamier mouthfeel. New dishes to look forward to include the Tobiko Chunky Prawn Paste, Beef in Milk Bath, Sichuan Beef Tongue, Konjac Slices, Waterfall Potato Strings and Sweet Potato Noodles.
The menu includes new line of Fizzy Pop beverages. The refreshing Fizzy Strawberry Pop or Fizzy Sour Plum Pop, both of which serve perfectly as palate cleansers. Cap off the hotpot session with the Brown Sugar Lava Rice Cake, which is a reimagination of the traditional snack with an oozy twist.
