Nagai Hokkaido Cusisine, Suntec’s go-to kaiseki restaurant, as it launches a new Seasonal Executive Set Meal as well as expand on its Lunch Sets to include over 30 selections from 8!

This season, its Seasonal Executive Set Meal puts the Tarabagani Red King Crab in the spotlight, undisputedly the most expensive King crab by cost per unit, making it the most coveted of all commercially sold King crabs in and outside of Japan! Fleshy, juicy and springier in texture, Tarabagani Red Crab is great served in a myriad of ways, as will be presented in Nagai’s three executive set dishes as well as the star ingredient in its omakase menu.

For quick fixes that are nonetheless just as satisfying, Nagai’s Lunch Sets have also been expanded from 15 selections to over 30 sets to meet even the most discerning craving. Look forward to the new iterations of Maguro Dons, Fried and Grilled Items, Sushi and Sashimi Sets as well as Mini Dons for the small eaters.

Through culinary creations of the Nagai family, Nagai Hokkaido Cuisine, the kaiseki widely known to be often frequented by politicians, celebrities and even the Prime Minister of Japan and the Japanese Imperial Family, aims to recreate Hokkaido within its walls.
