New Menu: PARCO & Master Chef Masayuki Okuda - Celebration of the 10th Anniversary of UNESCO WASHOKU Summit
Chef Okuda is the chef-owner at his restaurant Al che cciano that has been shining the spotlight on Shonai ingredients. He has made it a life goal to scour, source and serve only the best ingredients from the farmers and producers of Shonai, which come in fresh into the kitchen of Al Che Cciano and transformed into works of culinary art by his hands and craft.
The pinnacle of Japanese food is about to be put on show and taste this May when Chef Okuda brings his renown and revere to Singapore for a 9-night-only omakase dinner from 12-21 May 2023 in Amara Singapore. Chef Okuda will be serving a menu featuring signature sushi and seasonal dishes from his restaurant Al che cciano.
In commemoration of the UNESCO Washoku World Heritage 10th Anniversary, the master chef has also collaborated with Itadakimasu by PARCO to create four specialty menus with four popular Japanese restaurants at Itadakimasu to share a taste of Japan. A series of casual menus await between the Master Chef and Menya Kokoro, Maguro Brothers, Yakiniku Heijouen and Sabar.
