New Menu: Revolver (Tanjong Pagar)

Revolver brings together Indian cooking sensibilities with international flavours and world-class produce. Executive Chef & Partner Saurabh Udinia and his team purvey ever-changing tasting menus that feature dishes cooked over custom-built wood-fire and binchotan grills, and in a gleaming hand-beaten tandoor.

Revolver’s sleek interiors feature copper accents against metallic black and slate tones. The sunken open show-kitchen forms the heart of the space, with counter seats framing it that allow diners a front-row view of the action. Booth seats set further away from the kitchen provide more privacy. The vibe at Revolver is always upbeat, with a rocking playlist that keeps guests in a spirited mood.

A new season, a new shot. Summer’s Bullet 10 is in the chamber and loaded with impeccable produce plumped by the sun.

Highlights of the new menu include Australian Rock Lobster glazed with Goan Recheado, grilled Iberico Pluma served with Mangalorean Bafat Sauce, and Revolver’s signature Kulchettes stuffed with smoked Scamorza and topped with tandoor-roasted pulled quail.
