New Menu: Parent's Day Menu at Soup Restaurant - Suntec City

Soup Restaurant returns with its Parents’ Day Set Menus to honour parents, care takers and everyone we love with special focus on body and mind this year. The team has carefully crafted dishes that serves as a reminder to all diners to take care of themselves and their loved ones in the aspect of true wealth: one’s good health.

From 20 April – 30 June 2023, gather around the table with family and loved ones to bond over dishes that nourish and nutrify, such as the Double-Boiled Walnut with Prime Ribs Soup, where walnuts are known to improve brain health and reduce heart diseases. Comforting and heart-warming, the abalones in Abalone with Braised Vegetables and Pumpkin have been fried before serving, giving it a smokey flavour in each bite. Utilising the best and fluffiest rice from Japan’s Niigata Prefecture, the Baby Abalone with Samsui Ginger Pearl Rice is crowned with baby abalone and toasted Sakura prawns.

Not to be missed is the Honey Pork Chop with Black Dates, consisting of tender, juicy pork chops caramelised with honey and cooked with black dates for natural sweetness. Wash it all down with Citrus Plum Aloe Vera Jelly, a refreshing dessert rich in antioxidants, and wish good health and long life to parents with the Handmade Double Happiness Longevity Buns that is lovingly steeped in heritage and tradition. Stuffed with sweet pandan kaya filling, the buns are meticulously moulded into a boy and a girl, representing a loving couple.
