Those wondering what IPPUDO has in store up its sleeves this spring need to wonder no further as it welcomes this second quarter of the year with a new Chef’s Special Ramen, the return of a popular favourite Seasonal Ramen, and limited time only Sakura-themed items.
Try all these Spring offerings:
- Spring Chef’s Special: Yakiago Dashi JAPAN: made with an umami-laden clear broth of dried agodashi flying fish, made punchy with IPPUDO original kaeshi sauce.
- Back by Popular Demand: Hakata Nikusoba Tonkotsu V2.0: specially made, medium-thick IPPUDO original noodles, served in a rich and creamy pork broth fragranced with IPPUDO original kaeshi sauce.
Sakura-themed items including:
- Torotoro No Umeshu crowned with a floating Sakura blossom and dusted with festive pink sprinkles when served.
- Ohanami Sakura Umegaemochi popular specialty Japanese rice cake gets a dreamy uplift at IPPUDO with real Sakura flowers.
- Sakura Green Tea infused with a whole Sakura flower – perfectly preserved in full bloom.
The Seasonal Ramen Hakata Nikusoba Tonkotsu V2.0 will be available from 11 April – 31 May 2023 at all outlets except Marina Bay Sands, Mandarin Gallery and Mohamed Sultan. The Chef’s Special Yakiago Dashi JAPAN available from 11 April – 31 May 2023 only at Mandarin Gallery and Mohamed Sultan. IPPUDO Sakura-themed items are available for a limited time from 31 March – 31 May 2023 only at IPPUDO Tanjong Pagar (Guoco Tower).
