New Outlet: The Feather Blade - East Coast

The Feather Blade Steakhouse is opening its second outlet in the East Coast, offering a unique take on steak cuts and a brand-new seafood bar. The restaurant is known for its alternative steak cuts, such as the feather blade, and its commitment to quality ingredients and cooking techniques. The new outlet will also feature a range of store-exclusive dishes, including surf and turf options and a waterfall tiramisu dessert.

To celebrate the opening of the new outlet, The Feather Blade Steakhouse is offering a range of promotions and discounts. On November 28th, customers can enjoy a free steak all night long, available for walk-ins only while steaks last. From November 28th to December 31st, customers can also enjoy 15% off lunch when ordering from the a la carte menu, as well as a range of weekday promotions such as free-flow fries and 1-for-1 house pour wines.

The menu highlights at The Feather Blade Steakhouse include their signature Feather Blade Steak, which is available in the Original/O.G. Steak (4) or the Smokey Binchotan Steak (8) that is grilled with a sweet and savoury house-glaze. Customers can also opt for a Swordfish Belly “Steak” (8) for the complete surf and turf experience. The seafood bar offers a range of options, including Oysters (from per pair, happy hour price: .50 per piece) from France, Norwegian Salmon Carpaccio (4), and Jumbo Crab Cocktail and Shrimp Cocktail (8.50 each).

The restaurant also offers a range of sides and sauces to complement its dishes, such as charred white corn with tarragon cream sauce, miso aubergine with feta cheese and toasted cashews, and triple-cooked beef fat fries. Additionally, customers can choose from a range of steakhouse sauces with a twist, such as wasabi cream and miso mustard. Finally, the waterfall tiramisu dessert is a must-try for those with a sweet tooth.
