The restaurant’s Chinese New Year menus, available from 8th January to 25th February 2024, feature luxurious dishes conceptualized by Executive Chef Chen Khay Boon, showcasing the best of Nanyang-style seafood. The set menus are priced at 98 and 98 for 4 to 6 persons, and 088, 088, 388, and 888 for 8 to 10 persons, and include dishes such as Alaskan King Crab served Two Ways and Prosperity Lobster, Salmon & Coral Seaweed Yu Sheng. Additionally, the restaurant offers abundant takeaway options, including seafood pots and house-made treats, available at all three Red House Seafood outlets.

The new Nanyang outlet’s interior design, conceptualized by FARM, reflects the brand’s ‘new Nanyang’ identity, blending traditional and contemporary elements. The two-story naturally-lit space is accentuated by beautiful Chinese elements inspired by Chinese landscape painting, while contemporary elements such as an eye-catching wallpaper of romantic floral patterns exude a welcoming and homely vibe. The restaurant also offers a range of house-made treats, including Pineapple Tarts, Almond Biscuits, and Steamed Carrot Cake with Chinese Sausage, adding to the festive dining experience.
