The Peninsula, has been creating its own Mid-Autumn traditions since 1986. Its known for its iconic and signature offering – its egg custard mooncakes. The popular egg custard mooncakes are made using using premium-grade duck eggs and butter. The light custard is laced with the prized savoury note of the salted duck egg yolks. These delectable pastries cements its spots as one of Singapore’s most sought-after delights for more than three decades.  This year, it is proud to add two new mooncake flavours to its lineup by Chef Tang Chi Keung, The Peninsula’s Michelin-starred culinary advisor: Chocolate Egg Custard Mooncake and Fruity Egg Custard. They present fresh iterations to a well-loved taste of tradition.
