From 15 March to 31 May, Kuriya Japanese Market puts front and centre the sweetest medallions of Hokkaido scallops from the Aburi Cheese Jumbo Hotate to the Duo Hotate Mix, a medley of jumbo hotate nigiri sushi and jumbo hotate aburi mentai maki, Spicy Hotate Maru and more. Look forward to seasonal Spring dessert treats such as the refreshing Yubari Melon Ice Bar, buttery Monteur Pistachio & Chocolate Terrine and even a limited edition Sakura Matcha Pocky. 

Ongoing till 8 May, Ichiban Boshi premieres new items teeming with fresh flavours of Spring. From sweet sashimi with the 3 Kinds Sakura Sushi to the light and airy Spring Tempura Moriawase, hearty Tai & Hamuguri Nabe and more. Sweet temptations await with the Ichigo Mille-Feuille Cake and Sakura Mochi.
