New NDP Promotion: Menya Kokoro - 100AM (Tanjong Pagar)
Paying homage to a beloved Singaporean favourite – prawn noodles – are given a unique Japanese touch with Menya Kokoro’s two new creations, just in time for the National Day celebrations! Look forward to their thin, flat handmade noodles crafted from Japanese wholewheat for the ultimate slurp!
For umami comfort in a bowl, savour the ‘Super’ Ebi Ramen that comes with a flavourful pure prawn broth blended with rich tonkotsu soup and homemade chilli paste for a touch of spice. Each bowl comes topped with juicy de-shelled prawns, juicy aburi chashu slices and crunchy Sakura Ebi Crumbs amidst an array of savoury condiments.
Too hot for soupy foods? Give the ‘Super’ Ebi Mazesoba a go! A broth-less ramen of sorts, give the entire bowl and all its ingredients a good toss before tucking in. Enjoy a multitude of flavours and textures in every bite, from the wok-kissed fragrance of thick cut cubed aburi chashu to crunchy Sakura Ebi Crumbs, elevated with the rich ebi broth that ties it all together alongside Kokoro’s signature minced meat sauce and pops of tobiko. Pro-tip: add a dash of housemade kombu vinegar for a refreshing uplift!
