Cai Lin Ji 蔡林记, a cultural icon from Wuhan, has made its debut in Singapore with the opening of its inaugural outlet at Jurong Point on September 6th. Cai Lin Ji introduces an array of authentic and distinctive Hubei street food delicacies that were previously exclusive to China.

Their menu boasts a wide selection of street food and freshly prepared side dishes, along with an impressive assortment of their bestsellers, including their renowned hot dry noodles. Try these out:

Signature Zha Jiang Hot Dry Noodle, served in a dry form and coated with a mysterious black sesame sauce, leaving an unforgettable impression that has earned it the distinction of being one of the “Top 10 Noodles in China.”

Xiang Yang Beef Noodles, a Hubei breakfast staple featuring noodles and crisp bean sprouts bathed in a rich beef bone broth, generously garnished with beef and offal.

Three Delicacies Dou Pi, a traditional Hubei snack comprising three layers: a base of potato flour, a middle layer of steamed egg or glutinous rice, and a top layer featuring bamboo shoots or minced meat intermingled with pork belly and mushrooms.

Han Kou Wonton, freshly crafted daily, featuring minced meat encased in tender, chewy skin and simmered in a flavorful broth.

Signature Shao-Mai, a zesty Hubei rendition of shao mai filled with a combination of sticky rice, raisins, rock candy, peanuts, osmanthus flower, orange peel, and shredded carrots.

Signature Egg Drop Rice Wine, a Hubei specialty soup that involves dropping raw egg into boiling water at 100 degrees and adding rice wine for a simple yet delightful concoction.

Drop by and give it a try!
