Helmed by 70 year old Chef Ah Peng with over five decades of experience, he makes a comeback with a tapestry of dishes that traverse his years of culinary knowledge, of old time recipes that evoke flavours of the past.

Crown Prince Kitchenette: Bak Kut Teh invites you to traditional Teochew-style soup Bak Kut Teh, a clear peppery broth that is meaty and fragrant with garlic; or must-try dried Bak Kut Teh sizzling hot with an umami gravy.
