New Restaurant: Numb - Marina One - Marina Bay

Numb Restaurant opens its doors in Marina One as the latest brainchild of ex-bankers Stella Wang and Ma Jie to share their love of mind-numbing spicy, Sichuanese food by offering consumers a new Chinese restaurant option in the downtown area.
