New Restaurant: Singapore Jiak - Frasers Tower - Tanjong Pagar

A new Makan place has been opened, “Singapore JIAK” by Akashi Group, a foodie’s paradise located at Frasers Tower Level 2.

It is featuring four hawker brands:

* Teck Kee Fat Duck
* Ah Goh Fish Soup
* Dunman Wanton Mee
* Grandma’s

– Teck Kee Fat Duck offers juicy and tender roasted ducks made with Irish duck, which is known as the “wagyu of ducks.” Other roasted meats are also available, such as salted chicken, roast pork, and honey char siew.

– Ah Goh Fish Soup offers premium fish imported from Japan, brewed with a dash of 20-year-old hua tia wine. Choose from sliced or fried fish soup using batang fish or garoupa fish soup.

– Grandma’s is famous for its nasi lemak dishes, including the signature Grandma’s Curry Chicken Nasi Lemak. Other options include Chicken Wing Nasi Lemak and Crispy Bukhari Chicken Leg Nasi Lemak.

– Dunman Wanton Mee is helmed by the former culinary team from Wanton Seng, offering springy noodles tossed with aromatic pork lard. Choose from Classic Dunman Wanton Mee, Char Siew Wanton Mee, Roasted Pork Wanton Mee, and Mixed Pork Wanton Mee.
