New Restaurant: Tomidou - 1 Nassim Rd - Orchard

Singapore-based restaurant Tomidou is set to revolutionize the omakase dining experience with its premium offerings led by esteemed chefs.

Head Chef Akira Horikawa, with 29 years of experience, brings his expertise from renowned restaurant Ginza Kyubey in Tokyo. Alongside him are Sous Chef Kenjiro Koide, who specializes in Kaiseki, and Assistant Sous Chef Sudo Hidenori, known for his fusion of Japanese and French culinary traditions.

Tomidou prides itself on sourcing the freshest ingredients from various regions in Japan, flown in four times a week.

The restaurant offers four omakase courses, each thoughtfully named and featuring a range of exquisite dishes. In addition to its culinary delights, Tomidou introduces the highly coveted Nigo x Pharrell Sake Storm Cowboy series, blending sake, fashion, and art.

With its intimate seating arrangements, including a 13-seater sushi counter and VIP rooms, Tomidou ensures an exclusive and immersive dining experience for its guests.
