The market is constantly rejuvenating itself by welcoming new tenants to its 52,000 square feet of retail space to bring surprises to both first-time and loyal patrons. Over 20 new hawker stalls have joined their predecessors at the market to regale food lovers with a memorable gourmet experience.

You can discover stalls with unique backstories of their own, such as The Warung Bali, which serves authentic Balinese dishes, and The Viet Kitchen, which brings Central Vietnamese cuisine to Singapore. Lau Pa Sat also features MICHELIN-recommended eateries, such as Lao Fu Zi Fried Kway Teow and Nasi Lemak Ayam Taliwang.
