OMMA is more than just a regular Korean BBQ place. It stands out as Singapore’s first woodfire KBBQ spot, where they use special smokeless charcoal and carefully selected wood chips like cherrywood, applewood, hickory, mesquite, and pecanwood to make the prime cuts and meats perfectly smoky.

Some signature meat favourites at OMMA includes the Japanese A4 Ribeye (1/180g) and A4 Striploin (6/180g), offered only by the best premium cut. For pork lovers, they have the Iberico Pork Jowl (8/180g) and for something unconventional, the Beef Tongue (9/180g).
