Peppermint Thai Returns with Chef Jareuk

Well-loved Tantalising Thai makes its much-anticipated return to Peppermint, the farm-to-table restaurant at PARKROYAL COLLECTION Marina Bay, Singapore, known for its halal-certified buffet stations and kitchen. Running from 21 August (dinner) to 28 September 2025, this year’s edition shines the spotlight on bold, spicy authentic Thai recipes by renowned celebrity Thai chef and culinary instructor Chef Jareuk Sriaroon.
A Celebration of Thailand’s Rich Culinary Heritage Begin your culinary journey with bold, full-bodied signatures such as Beef “Soup Hang Wua” – a spicy Wagyu beef oxtail tower steeped in aromatic broth and topped with fresh coriander. A must-try is the Seafood Tower Tom Yum Hotpot (Tom Yum Talay), simmered with chilli, lemongrass and lime freshly harvested from the hotel’s very own Urban Farm. On weekend dinners, guests can also look forward to the Salt-Grilled Whole Seabass (Pla Pao Kluea), seasoned with lemongrass and sea salt, then grilled until smoky and tender. Adding a dash of street-side flair, Peppermint’s Live Stations serve up well-loved Thai favourites hot off the grill.
