This summer, The Winery Gourmet Bar welcomes you to rediscover elevated dining with a refreshed seasonal menu.
Curated by Chef Zoel Chung, the new menu is a showcase of his commitment to responsibly sourced produce and bold, balanced flavours. By blending European and Asian culinary techniques, each dish highlights the beauty of seasonal ingredients, local where possible, and refined with time-honoured methods and modern flair.
Highlights from the new menu include:
* Heirloom Cherry Tomato Burrata Salad – Featuring two varieties of Spanish heirloom tomatoes, mint, pumpkin seed pesto, basil oil, and a whole burrata.
* Australian Wagyu OP Rib MB7 – A 1kg tomahawk steak, marinated in 16 herbs and spices, served with a fresh side salad.
