88 Hong Kong Roast invites you to the launch of its newly revamped Lavender Flagship Outlet – its first standalone flagship eatery celebrating Chef Martin Ong’s mastery of authentic Hong Kong-style roasts. First opened in 2018, the Lavender outlet has been elevated into a more comfortable and inviting dining destination. Here’s what diners can look forward to: Fully Air-Conditioned Space – Enjoy the same beloved roasts in a cool, comfortable setting.

Signature Charcoal-Roasted Meats – Featuring the crowd-favourite char siew, siew yok [Crispy Roast Pork], and roast duck, freshly roasted twice daily for maximum crispness and flavour. Debut of 88 Specialty Noodles – Showcasing Chef Martin’s mee pok paired with handmade signature meatballs, crafted from a premium blend of 80% lean pork and 20% fat, infused with ti poh (dried sole fish) for that extra savoury depth, bounce, and bite.
