Since opening its flagship outlet at Plaza Singapura in 2015, SEORAE JIB has grown to six locations across Singapore, with its most recent outlet opening at Tampines Mall on 15 March 2025. With the launch set for 28 March 2025, diners can experience this one-of-a-kind menu at all SEORAE JIB Singapore outlets.

These exclusive creations will be available in the Pork Set ($98), Beef Set ($128), and Pork and Beef Set ($118). The Korean BBQ specialist joins forces with Netflix’s Culinary Class Wars sensation, “Cooking Maniac” Chef Yoon Nam-No, to create four.

A transformative take on SEORAE JIB’s coveted premium US pork skirt cut, marinated in a blend of aged red miso and Korean sake. The fermentation process draws out miso’s deeper nuances-earthy, savoury, and faintly sweet. When the marinade meets the grill, it transforms into a glossy, caramelised coating, accentuating the pork’s smoky-sweet essence. SEORAE JIB takes pride in its rare, premium cuts, including Galmaegisal-a highly prized.
